Had stuff in storage here for about a year. Clean area, quiet neighborhood . Easy to get to, easy to set up and pay online. Prices very cheap compared to others.
Only security is the lock you put on your door. Wasn't a big deal to us, but just know it's not a gated storage area.
Payment due on 1st of every month. If you are there past the 1st, you have to pay for the entire month regardless of when you leave. Again, not a big deal, just be aware you need to be out by the end of the month to avoid additional month being charged.
Would rent a space again if needed.“

I have been using a unit in their Kiowa facility for a little over three years. I had recently lost my job so was a couple weeks late on my rental payment. Their software added a $35 late fee automatically. However, when I called and spoke with Kassie, she agreed to waive the late fee immediately when she reviewed my account because for those three years, I had never made a late payment. Great facility!“
